| I love love love my Sports Hoop!! I currently have a 3lb Accu-Hoop and a 5lb Accu-Hoop "in-waiting" for when I'm ready to kick it up a notch. Currently I use my hoop during the tricky footwork cardio portions of my weight lifting interval training videos. On non-video days I hoop 10 minutes after getting off the treadmill. My friends are all asking how my pants are falling off of me and I send them all to this site! Thanks Sports Hoop!!! I love your great customer service too!! |

| I heard about sportshoop.com from a college friend of mine and HAD to try it. So I bought the 3 lb Accu-hoop and I love it. I love it so much that my boys both have a Wavy hoop and I have a 5 lb Accu-hoop "in the waiting" for when I'm ready to pump it up a level. What I am currently using my hoop for is for modifying some workout videos I have. I have 3 videos from a popular company. One for arms, one for buns, and one for abs. I am using the one for arms 3 times a week now. However, this video alternates specific sculpting exercises with 3 minutes of cardio then repeats etc. for 33 minutes. Well I HATE the cardio segments because they are too hard to follow so I just pick up my Accu-hoop instead. On non-arm video days I just do 10 minutes of hooping after my treadmill. And guess what???? I have a WAIST again!! I'm so excited and couldn't be happier. Thanks Sports-Hoop!!! |

| Today I bought my first 5lb Power Hoop. Upon trying this hoop, I could automatically feel the difference between this and just a regular hoola hoop. I felt as if it was actually having an effect, rather than me feeling like i'm working for nothing. Thankyou so much! I'm so happy that I finally bought this. |

| I had been using the 4 lb hoop for a month and had been posting throughout the time on Facebook. I shared my thought about getting one. Friends responded that they had never heard of such a thing. I shared my excitment when it arrived. Friends started asking me to bring it where ever I went. I shared the ease of use and the fun of using it while watching my tv show like normal. I had many starting to ask where I bought it. I posted a picture of my abs... and I have had friend after friend commenting and going out to buy one themselves. I love the results I have had using the hoop. I can only imagine what the next months use will bring. |

| I am a member of Curves, and we have the 3 pound acu-hoop. I ordered the 4 pound trim hoop, and at the rate this thing is working, I will look a lot better in my swimsuit, and my summer clothes before summer's end. This thing is FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I hope to order my niece the 1.5 pound trim hoop soon!!!! |

| My recently reunited High School Girls from class of 76' (yes, we are 50+) just made a pack that we are going to "Fight To We Are Fit"! We created our own club that is spread out Nationally called the "4H club": Herbalife, Hula Hoop, Healthy eating = Happiness! None of us were ever anything but in perfect shape till.... 50; but we are not going to sit back and live with it. We decided to all get the 3- 5 pounds Sport Hoops and hula our bodies back to perfection! We will send a photo at our re-union after the hoops do their stuff! Fun is Fit!!!! |

| My sister order a power hoop for me and I love it! I got into hooping over the summer and even made my own hoops but I really got excited over this power hoop as you can travel with it! |

| I recentley tried a hoop at the local gym and decided right away that I had to have one. It is great!! I have lost 2' around my waist and am still hooping. Can't believe how much fun it is to do!!! My husband likes it too. I also have 2 friends who have gotten hoops since also. I do it in the morning before work and then after work. I also took it to work and everyone had to try it out!! Thanks Sportshoop!!! |

| I recently started going to the gym where I discovered I could hoop! In my 49 years I had never done it. I ordered my hoop and I love it! I do it in the mornings before work and in the evenings after work. It has helped my cardio and also my clothes size! I plan to hoop for years to come. Thank you Sports Hoop!!! |
