By August of 2007, I weighed more than I had my entire life (182 lbs), and really felt disgusted at how my weight had gotten out of control.

Since I have knee and some other joint problems, I needed an activity that I could do without impact or pressure on the knees. Somehow, I remembered having a hoola hoop when I was young. I shopped around, but could only find really lightweight ones for children. Searching on the internet, I found your company.

I love the fact that it comes apart, as I travel and will be able to take it with me. It is amazing. Following the instructions, and starting out slowly, I have increased to the maximum time each day, and am still doing the exercise faithfully as it is such an easy program to stick to. In 4 months, I have lost 35 pounds and am in better shape at 50 years old than I have been in a very long time. People tell me I look like a totally different person, and I feel that way as well. One other benefit of strengthening my stomach muscles came in the form of relieving chronic back pain that had been plaguing me for as long as I can remember. The radiating pain was so bad that I couldn’t sleep on my left side as the pain radiated down the sciatic nerve. I no longer have that problem and am so relieved.

In the second picture, I struggled to find a whole body shot. Didn’t want too many pictures take of me before! You can see why I feel so much better.

Anyway, I think that when a company has a good product and is beneficial to people, it should be talked about and acknowledged. Congratulations on your continued success. I have referred your company to several of my friends and family. One friend has already ordered and I think there will be several more to follow.
