Want to be a leader of Sports Hoop workout DVD?

If you are a certified Sports Hoop trainer, you have chance of starring in your own fitness video.
We are currently looking for our next lead trainer to film a new Sports Hoop DVD.
You can create your own exercise workout routine and get paid while receiving lots of exposure!

DVD Standard Guidelines
- Must be 50 minutes in length containing 10 sections
- Sections must include warm up through cool down
- Each section must be 5 minutes

If only one Instructor is participating:
He/She will be compensated $5000.00 USD
- $1000.00 once contract is signed
- $4000.00 after DVD is produced
- $1.50 per Copy of DVD sold

If two or three Instructors are participating, they will be
compensated the following:
- Head Instructor $4000.00 and $1.30 per Copy of DVD sold
- Assistant Instructor $2000.00 and $.30 cents per Copy of DVD sold

The above prices only apply if filming at our Azusa, California location. 

If you would like to film and produce a DVD in a different state, salary shall be negotiated. Filming and editing cost may not exceed $5000.00.  In order for Sports Hoop Inc. to consider your DVD concept, we must approve 4 short movie clips as well as a storyboard outline.
