Loose weight by adjusting/changing your habits
-Eating is eating; do not get distracted during meals.
-Get a nutritious, low calorie rich soup before meal to decrease the amount of food you consume in that meal.
-DO NOT LEAVE food on the table, because no one can resist that temptation.
-Limit your food consumption
-Eat more carbohydrate based food (ex. Grains or vegetable)
-Chew carefully and swallow slowly
-PLEASE REMEMBER, the brain receives the message from your full stomach after 20 minutes the stomach sends the signal to the brain.
-Clean up after you eat, do eliminate the inordinate desire for food.
-Replace high calorie with healthy food.
-Try to eat all food you buy as soon as possible to prevent from buying more food in the future.
-make cheese and meat as dressing and do not let high calorie food become your main dish.
-Avoid eating potato, pasta or any starch or sugar based food.
-Brush or rinse after meal
-DO NOT MISS Breakfast; the first meal of the day activates the metabolic function with a moderate speed to help you burn your body fat and to control your hunger for the day.
-Avoid high calorie drinks, including alcohol.
-Only when the sport activity surpass 40 minutes, no matter how active you played, the human body begins to convert fat and sugar to provide energy for your body

-Although many article promote the use of coffee to loose weight, too much coffee allow the stomach to generate more gastric juice, increase your appetite, increase food consumption and digestion.
-NO SNACKS, replace with vegetable or tofu.
-Do not sleep right after you eat, during sleep, the food you consume will be converted into fat. So eat as early as possible
-Alcohol is a high calorie food. 100mL with 43% alcohol (3 oz. or half cup) of liquor generate 240Kcals (240,000calories), and the human body are capable of converting 212mL (1 cup) of alcohol (100%) into 1200Kcal (1,200,000cal) which is equivalent to 8,000 cokes.
-Avoiding taking the elevator, only take the elevator when its there ready for you, if not, take the stairs.
-Stand in front of mirror once in a while to gain your awareness of your status.
