10 tricks to maintain a slim body

1. Constantly remind yourself why you need to lose weight; for example, for the upcoming vacations, parties, or to remind someone how attractive you are, or maybe to fit into the fancy cloth you couldn’t fit into before.

2. Periodically check your effort. Preferably check your weight weekly, and not daily. The result of your work might not be noticeable if you check daily, but it should be obvious over a week’s work. When you know your effort is giving you results, you will be more motivated to continue your efforts.

3. Control your will to eat before you lose weight. Limit yourself to only eat half of what is in the plate. When in restaurants, request the waiter not to give you any bread appetizers, when eating pizza, lower the amount of cheese. Use mustard to replace salad dressings and other condiments. Eat one banana for breakfast; it’s only 8 calories to fill your stomach.

4. Drink water. Drink at least about 1 gallon of water every day. The water you drank can fill your empty stomach as well as flushing down the food and fat remains in the body. One gallon of water a day can improve your skin condition and also maintain your metabolism rate in burning down calories.

5. Buy some food you don’t want to eat in the refrigerator so when you open the refrigerator, you will have no appetite to eat if you have nothing to eat.

6. Never eat anything after dinner.

7. When eating at restaurants, try to avoid the “Dessert” page.

8. Cut carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, cauliflowers, and celeries into small slices as snacks. It is very healthy and beneficial for your body and suitable as dietary supplements.

9. Choose baked food over fried food.

10. Show your sympathy to your body. If you feel sorry for your body because of the strict diet, you can reward yourself one “meal” per week as another encouragement to carry out your planned diet. This can avoid sudden outburst of eating frenzy as your desire to eat accumulates over time.
